Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of placing the order to request a cancellation. After this period, all orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.
Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email at info@revivalcollection.store. The request must include the order number and the reason for cancellation.
Exclusions: Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed, even within the 24-hour window.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe may vary during peak seasons or due to unexpected delays.
Shipping Options & Costs: We offer shipping options at checkout, including standard services. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and the weight of the order.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Revival Collection is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.
International Shipping: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid separately by the customer.
Exchange & Store Credit Policy
No Refunds: Revival Collection does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit: We only accept exchanges or issue store credit for products that are faulty or damaged upon receipt. Customers have 15 days from the date of purchase to report any defects or issues.
Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, contact us at info@revivalcollection.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Eligible Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Additionally, sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged or credited.
Exchange Process: If an exchange is approved, customers will be provided with a return shipping label. The replacement item will be shipped once the faulty product is received and inspected.
Store Credit: If the desired replacement item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued to the customer’s account, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
Returns
No Returns Accepted: Revival Collection does not accept returns for any products. All sales are final, with the exception of exchanges for faulty or damaged items as outlined in our Exchange & Store Credit Policy.
Size & Product Verification: Customers are encouraged to double-check sizing charts and product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure they are ordering the correct size and style.
